Our creative chefs have come up with two delectable set menus that are sure to impress every one of our guests. From tantalising starters to exquisitely sinful desserts, you might end up requiring assistance getting up from the table at the end of the dinner! Scrumptious Starters
Get your tastebuds going with our handmade potato gnocchi with black truffle and Pecorino shavings, or a selection of grilled sausages with side mustard if you’re in the mood for something a little more meaty. Alternatively, treat yourselves to a plate of baked wild mushrooms, served with egg and truffle butter.
Mouth-Watering Mains
Love ribeye steak? You’re in luck: both our menus feature Canadian beef ribeye, chargrilled to perfection in the highly renowned MIBRASA charcoal oven. If you’re in the mood to literally pig out, opt for our local pan-seared local pork, seasoned with garlic and thyme and flavoured with white wine. Of course, we’ve remained loyal to our seafood fans with our option of pan-seared local line fish, served with a crunchy almond and tomato salsa. (Please note that pre-orders are requested where fish dishes are concerned).
Beverages and Desserts
We are offering half a bottle of wine per person on the second of our set menus, featuring Barbera D’Asti, a Sauvignon Blanc from Piemonte and Rose D’Anjou. One of our decadently delicious sweet treats will be available as the Dessert of the Day, and flowing San Pellegrino or Panna will be available throughout. Guests are welcome to end their meal with a sumptuous hot Moak coffee.
